COVID-19 Updates

The safety of our customers and staff are our top priority. We now offer contactless delivery and curbside pickup. These steps are taken in accordance with health guidelines to limit the person-to-person contact during COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding as we take these necessary steps.


Contactless Delivery (10:30am - 3:30pm, Daily)

We will continue to offer deliveries without requiring recipient signature. Instead, our staff will take a picture of the delivery as proof that delivery is met. The person who ordered the arrangement will be contacted automatically when the delivery is en-route/delivered.

For residential delivery, our driver will knock on the door to inform the recipient of the delivery and will immediately leave to ensure there is no person-to-person contact.

For business or office delivery, as usual, we will work directly with security or receptionist desk to ensure the order arrives to the intended recipient. In the cases where our driver has to deliver the arrangement directly to the recipient's office space, our driver will adhere to social distancing to ensure the safety of customer and staff.


Curbside PickUp (Morning from 8am - 10am, Evening from 4pm - 6pm)

Our store will be closed for walk-ins. Instead, we are now offering curbside pickup during specific windows of the day for orders placed online in advance. Morning curbside from 8am - 10am and evening curbside from 4pm - 6pm daily. 

When you order online, you can specify the pickup window you would like to pick up your order. Your order will be ready at the earliest time during that pickup window. When you arrive to the store, please call 972-432-1110 to let us know you have arrived. We will bring your order out to your vehicle.
